Note: ed between John and Persis and their son Joseph in 1815. Per the census there was one older son. Both he and Andrew could not have fit in the time period if the number of children listed in the census was correct. If Levi is a son of John and Persis Stowell Crawford, he could have been named after Persis brother Levi who would have been his uncle.
