Cooper, granddaughter of Eli Cooper and son of Robert Cooper Jr.
corresponded with the (unnamed) child of Robert M. Cooper (son of
Robert Cooper Jr) and Nancy Ann Horton born Sep 1874 of Hawkinsville,
Pulaski, Ga., to get the information we that there was a Robert Cooper Sr
who was born about 1767 and died about 1827.
This information from Libby was given to Mike and Ruthie Crandall
mcrl@iname.com by Libby's sister Nellie Cooper Rogers.
The family belief is that the Cooper's came from Holland.
According to history found in Irwin Co., Ga., Robert M. Cooper and
Nancy Ann Horton were married by J. P. Paulk. Nellie Cooper Rogers
believes that this was his second marriage
