Note: hem. Last known to them he was traveling through California. He has gone by the last name "Cooper" in the past.
Never married -ran away from home at age 13- After his mother died and his father married again. He came back a short time at age 15, and again after world war II . But never to stay very long. His grandmother Telitha Elizabeth Cooper wanted to raise him but his father wouldn't let her. In Aug. 1970 Haven't seen or heard from him since summer of 1960.--Bertha Smith
