A resident of Corralitos Canyon for many years, Mr. Morris was born Feb. 14, 1879 in Cayucos. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Leona Morris of Arroyo Grande; two daughters, Mrs. Jewell Reis of Edna and Mrs. Lucy Defore of Ben Lomond; a son, Louis Morris of Santa Cruz; two sisters, Mrs. Josie Sturgeon of Paso Robles and Mrs. Mae Webster of Santa Maria; and eight granchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon in the Wood Funeral Chapel here with the Rev. Harry Whipple officiating."
