  Mr. Minor was a brother of probate judge N. P. Minor and was born in Goochland Co, VA; moved to Pike Co in 1835, where he has resided up to the time of his death, with the exception of several years he spent in TX.
  He leaves 8 children and a large circle of relatives.
  Member of the M.E. Church South. Interment in the M.E. cemetery at Prairieville.
