Note: N334 Contrary to many published Meriwether genealogies, this Nicholas did NOT marry Mildred Thornton. This Nicholas was dead by 1721, as he was not named in the will of his cousin, Francis Clements, who did name just about every other living Meriwether descendant at that time.
