  Some research has shown that Robert Gwynn Lewis (1834-1894), son of Waller Lewis and Emily Frances Washington, had first married Elizabeth Minnie Seever of Fleming County, Kentucky and had later married Ellen Ruth Bellamy. After extensive research, I've found proof that it was Robert G. Lewis, son of Peter Bowen Lewis and Catherine B. Ringo of Fleming County, Kentucky, who married Elizabeth Minnie Seever.
  Although census records suggest otherwise, the actual entry in the Fleming County Marriage Register for 1852 shows that Robert G. Lewis was a citizen of Fleming County, Kentucky and was 24 years old at the time of the wedding. Robert Gwynn Lewis was a citizen of Logan County, Kentucky and was 18 years old.
  Robert Gwynn Lewis married only once and that was to Ellen Ruth Bellamy.
  If you could correct your records it would help prevent confusion in the future.
