  !6 Jan 1927: Notice of Final Settlement and Determination of Heirship. Estate of Joseph A. Degenhardt deceased. No. 1529. Notice is hereby given that on the 24th Day of January, A. D. 1927, at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon of said day, I will present to the County Court of Jefferson County, State of Colorado, at the Court House in Golden, my accounts for final settlement of administration of said Estate when and where all persons in interest may appear and object to them, if any so desire.. And at the same time and place upon the verified petition of Anna Degenhardt, claiming therein to be widow and an heir at law of said deceased and as such entitled to an estate of inheritance in the intestate lands, tenements and hereditaments constituting all or a part of said estate, said court will receive and hear proofs concerning the heirs of said deceased, and will judicially ascertain and determine the heirs of said decedent, it being alleged in said Petition that said petitioner, Anna Degenhardt is the widow and C. D. Rue, daughter; S. R. Gillespie, daughter; M. N. Baker, daughter; J. F. Mannix, daughter; Joseph Degenhardt, son; Angelyn Degenhardt, daughter; Helen Mauck, daughter; and Robert Degenhardt, son, of said deceased, are his only heirs at law. All persons who are or who claim to be heirs of said deceased and interested in said estate to appear and defend therein or abide the action of the Court in the premises; Anna Degenhardt.
