Note: N5520 !FRANK W. McINTYRE, general merchandise, Ashland. Came to Nebraska in 1868 and located seven miles northwest of Ashland on a farm which he homesteaded on Section 18, Clear Creek Precinct. Here he resided until September, 1881, when he moved to Ashland and took charge of the store where he now is. Was born in Ashtabula County, Ohio, July 31, 1836. Was married in Ohio to Miss Sylia Woodbury of Jefferson, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, August 31, 1858. They have two children living, Lewis B. and Delia M., now Mrs. A. G. Nelson of Saunders County. !The land that Austin G. Nelson lived on in Green Precinct, E 1/2 of E 1/2, Section 24, Twp 13, Range 8 was sold to Austin by his mother in law, Sylvia M. McIntyre, then a widow, for $600.00, land record book 6, page 504.

!Buried at Ashland Cemetery, Saunders Co. NE. A. G. Nelson 23 Jan 1854-23 Apr 1932. It is in the city of Ashland on Silver Street and about 28th Street. From I 80 east, take exit 420 (Hwy 63) north, turn right (east) on Hwy 6, takes you into Ashland, turn north onto Hwy 63, go into town, turn left at the light (4 way stop) onto Silver Street (west) go until Silver Street stops . Cemetery is on the left.
