Samuel Atwater was the son of my immigrant ancestors, DAVID & DAMARIS (SAYRE) ATWATER. "Samuel Attwater & Sarah Allin were maryed the 7th day of July 1691 by me Wm Jones Asist." Sarah (Alling) Atwater was the daughter of John & Ellen (Bradley) Alling.
