Marriage Notes for Andrew Levi Flint and Phylinda Tuttle: The following is taken from a letter to Gil Stewart from Audrey Christine Brown dated August 15, 1992. It is copied from what Audrey's mother, Mabel Phylinda Flint Clemenson, had written about her family. "Levi Flint and Phylinda Tuttle - Oswego County, NY born in or about the year 1830. Married while still in their teens, he (Levi), my grandfather, was 18 years of age. My grandmother (Phylinda) died when my father was 12 years of age." (Andrew Delos)
"There were five sons and two daughters born to them. My father was the second, born in August, 1850, at Palermo, Oswego County, NY."Grandfather's (Andrew Delos)'s second wife was named Cassandra, shortened to Cassy, she was a widow. After she died, he took a third wife. Her name was Rachel.' (Text between' ' would have been written by Elsie.) "That marriage lasted only a few months and ended in divorce." Later, he married Lucretia, who outlived him. He died at Christmas time, about 1897. There were half brothers and sisters, but none of them lived. He died in Wisconsin." Levi Flint also had an adopted daughter, Rozella, married to Pete Harmon. I was told they both died at Salem, Oregon, also Wm. and Eunice (Flint) Blodgett and Bessie. Clare died in France, is buried there too, (Salem) also Benand Annie Flint. Ed sleeps at Port Angeles." End quote/Barbara Flint Williams 9-19-97
