Note: web site show Chloe's birthdate as 13 Mar 1787. Since Stephen Tuttle died in 1785, her birth year is incorrect -- most likely it's 1766, about a year after Stephen and Abigail Ball were married. Chloe would have been 19 years old when Stephen died, therefore, not a "minor", and most likely was already married.
