"Mehitable, b. May 10, 1698; m. Dec 16, 1722, Thomas Down, and d. Oct. 25, 1723, three weeks after b. of only child. He m. a 2d wf. and had nine chil. See New Haven Registry. 1. Mehitable, b. Oct. 4, 1723; living in 1744-5, as per deed of land near Clark to Thomas Stevens."
