TUTTLE guardian of my children and sole executrix to execute this my last will and testament . . . . SECOND - I give and bequeath to said Caroline TUTTLE one equal undivided one third part of those two certain lots of land in Chesterfield, Essex County, known as lots numbers one hundred and six and one hundred and eight . . . . . .THIRD - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Caroline TUTTLE my Plano Forte. . . FOURTH - I will direct and empower the said Caroline W. TUTTLE to use sufficient of my person and real property to pay all my debts . . . . . . . . .FIFTH - After payment of all my debts I will and bequeath the remainder of all my property real and personal to my said wife and children in equal proportion that is to say to the said Caroline W. my wife and Arabella J.
