Note: POSTED ON FIND A GRAVE WEB SITE: "Caleb Humastun died the richest man in Northbury/Plymouth in 1776. His estate included 2 negro slaves. He was a justice of the Peace, oath taker for the army during the French and Indian wars. Total land holdings of approx 1000 acres. Some lands partners with brothers John and David. Family changed name spelling to Humiston after Caleb."
