 "Daniel Tuttle, b. Aug. 23, 1702. In 1755 conv. to Jehiel Tuttle rt. to Samuel Tuttle's 7th div.; res. North Haven; m. April 25, 1726, Mary Mansfield, (sister to Ebenezer, who d. Oct. 18, 1749; estate adm. by Daniel Tuttle). Will of Daniel Tuttle, exhib. 1772, names wife, Mary, and Samuel Tuttle, execrs., Benjamin Trumbull, Thomas Mansfield and Samuel Bishop, wit. It was not approved, and ordered to be on file. Christopher Brockett of Weathersfield, Cumberland Co., NY (Windsor Co, VT) a grdson of Daniel Tuttle of North Haven, appealed from the decision of the court as to the will of said Daniel T. Capt. Ezra Tuttle joined Brockett in bonds; est. insol.; may have had other children; record imperfect."
