Connecticut, Church Record Abstracts, 1630-1920 Name: Curtis Tuttle of Otis, Massachusetts Marriage Date: 17 Sep 1833 Marriage Place: Windsor, (Hartford Co) Connecticut, USA Spouse Name: Prudence Loomis Volume Title: Volume 130 Windsor [NOTE: Several researchers show the 2 children of Prudence (Loomis) Tuttle and Curtis Tuttle were Lucius Tuttle b. 1814 and Lucy Tuttle b.1816, however, I don't believe that's a possibility since Prudence and Curtis were not married until 17 Sep 1833 or 1 Sep 1833 as shown in another marriage record. I believe the 2 children, Lucius and Lucy, were from Curtis' 1st marriage to someone as yet unknown. It is also entirely possible that the Curtis Tuttle who Prudence Loomis married is not even the same Curtis Tuttle whose 2 children were Lucius and Lucy Tuttle because the marriage documentation says Curtis Tuttle was "of Otis, Massachusetts", and he never lived in Massachusetts.]
