Jackson's son William L Shasteen and wife Suzanne Margaret V. Shoup Shasteen are buried in Toledo Memorial Park. William's son Charles J. Shasteen & wife Ida May Navarre Shasteen are also buried at Forest Cemetery. Unfortunately, there is no headstone for Jackson & Sarah Cover Shasteen, only their grave marker Lot #93, Sec T, in Forest Cemetery The marker is a small round marker with the grave Lot #93 inscribed on it which indicates the lot purchased by Jackson & Sarah Cover Shasteen. However, they do not have a headstone and the large monument you see in the photo belongs to another family and is very worn. Nevertheless, the inscription on the monument is on the opposite side of where grave Lot #93 marker is situated so the two families have lots where the headstones would meet back to back.
