Birth Certificate has "Harry Bloom" his half - brothers name. born 2-21-1907 to Rubin Bloom and Rebecca Newmark. He was 45 and she 26 when they had the twins. Both parents born in Russia. He is a shoe store keeper. They live at 60 6th Ave, NYC. Certificate # 14356 NYC. Possiblly the certificates for the twins are reversed. (I have this certificate)

1948 - 1979 - Lived at 63-08 76th Street, Middle Village, Queens, NY (with his wife, daughters& mother-in-law, until her death in 1957)
In 1970 they purchased a condominium in Miami Beach, FL. When Joe retired, sold the business, sold the house in Queens, NY and they moved to live year round in FL.
1979 - 1992 - Lived on 7135 Burleigh House, Collins Ave. apt 1714, Miami Beach, FL (with his wife)
abt. 1992 - 1996 -Lived with his wife, Ethel in an assisted living residence in Fort Lauderdale, FL
During WWI Joseph was too young to enlist, WWII too old. During WWII, He was an air raid warden, at home in NYC.
