 Dora Meyers, professional corsetiere and - authorized surgical fitter has opened a new corset shoppe at 367 New York avenue, Huntington, and has invited the [
 ladies to visit the shop. Several disappointing delays to the shipping of fixtures made it necessary to postpone the opening several weeks, but they were well worth waiting for, as the shop is equipped in most attractive and modern fixtures and furnishings.
 Mrs. Meyers is now filling the long felt need of a professional corsetiere and capable fitter of foundation garments in the vicinity of her stock of her garments includes all types necessary for proper fitting.

  CAKE SALE TO BENEFIT MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
 Mrs. Converse Sweetser of Huntington. Chairman "of the Suffolk County Multiple Sclerosis Chapter, has announced that there will be a Cake Sale for the benefit of Multiple Sclerosis on Friday, October 28, from 10 a-m. to 4 p.m. at the new Dora Meyers Corset Shop, 393 New York avenue (corner of Carver street), Huntington, "The best bakers in town are baking for MS," said Mrs. Sweetser, "and we hope everyone in the Huntington area will take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to buy home-made cakes. If you would like to donate a cake, please call the MS office, HA 1-3857."

  Dora died of a massive heart attack, in Huntington Hospital at the age of 78. She was such a respectable business woman in Huntington L.I. that her funeral precession was miles long.

  MRS. DORA MEYERS
 Mrs. Dora Meyers. 74, died suddenly November 26. She was born in Poland and came to the United States with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. I. Okst; at the age of four. She lived for many years in Kings Park. Mrs. Meyers operated the Dora Meyers Corset Shop on New York Ave. in Hunting ton.
 She is survived by three sons, Norman. George and Ralph; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Glass and Mrs. Bess Raskin; a brother, Isadore Okst; and
 nine grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held in Huntington November 27. followed by burial in the Kings Park Jewish Center Cemetery
