Text:   Robert F Bedgood Sr., age 87, passed away Fri., April 4, 1997. He is survived by 2 sons, Robet Jr. (Janet) of Sparts, Charles (Mary) of Osyka, MS; 2 daughters, Margaret (R. James) Hamill of New Era, Evelyn (Larry) Croskey of Des Moines, IA; 20 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Evelyn, and 2 daughters, Carol Ann and Bobbie Jean. Mr. Bedgood was born in Jackson, MO April 16, 1909, raised in MS and moved with his family to Muskegon in 1934. He was a founding member of the Seaway Trap Club, and was an active hunter and fisherman. He retired from Bennett Pump Mfg. and returned to MS in 1970. Mr. Bedgood has been cremated and will be buried in Laketon Twp. Cemetery.
