Notes
a. Note:   Elizabeth came to America in the year 1873. She was probably the Lisette Luttmann who arrived in New York from Bremen, Germany aboard the ship Donau on 10 Oct 1873 at the age of 20, apparently traveling by herself. She appears in the Cincinnati Directory of 1874 and is noted as a servant. She later worked as a seamstress. She brought a total of four children into the world, two of which survived to adulthood. She died of a strangulated femoral hernia at the age of 53. She was living at 2316 Guy Street when she died.
