"Mrs. Thomas L. Jones
Mrs. Gaynor Jones, wife of Thomas L. [sic] Jones, of South Poultney, died Saturday, Aug 26, at the Hample Nursing Home, Granville. She was the daughter of the late Evan and Mary Jones, former residents of Granville.
Survivors besides her husband, are two sons, Raymond S. of South Poultney and Arthur Jones of Schenectady; one daughter, Mrs. Harry LaFarr of Amsterdam; two brothers, Llwellyn Jones of Troy and Caradawg Jones of Granville; one sisteer, Mrs. Edward Yahn of Glendale, Calif.; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the South Poultney Bethel Presbyterian church with Rev. Milton Lavery officiating. Burial was in Poultney cemetery.
The bearers were John Roberts, Arvon Hughes, Quillyn Hughes, Edris Ellis, William Griffith, Joseph Perfundi."
