Note: Stine, Catherine Copeland, 82, Plainview Rd., Woodsfield, died Friday, Dec. 20, 2002 at Barnesville Hospital. She was born April 5, 1920 at Plainview Rd., Monroe County, Ohio, a daughter of the late James O. and Cora Blazer Covert. She was a homemaker and member of the Plainview Church of Christ.
She is survived by one son, Steven Copeland and his wife, Patricia of Woodsfield; and her second husband, Robert D. Stine, Wooster; two step-children; six sisters, Edna Petty, Wooster; Flossie LeMasters, Moundsville; Ru th Pickens, Point Pleasnat, W.Va.; Nellie Conaway, Sommerdale, Ohio; All ie Stacy, Canton and Zelma Mercke of Holmesville; one brother, Gilbert Covert, Woodsfield; three grandchildren, Jessica, Jason and Alicia Copeland.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Lloyd Copeland in 1988; two sisters, Gladys Dometrovich and Martha Stine; two brothers, Norman Covert and George Stanley Covert.
Friends received at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield. Services were held at 11a.m., Dec.23, with Keith Jones officiating. Inteerment in the Plainview Cemetery, Woodsfield.
