a. Note:   Miamisburg ------ Robert F. Amos, 51, of Miamisburg died Thursday (May 8, 1997) at Wood Glen Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.
 He was born Oct. 25, 1945, in New Matamoras to Arch and Irene Amos.
 He was formerly employed as a buyer at Metropolitan Clothing. He was a traffic agent at Miami Paper Co., where he was a member of The Traffic Club.
 He is survived by his wife, Deborah Stine Amos; one daughter, Katie Amos, at home; two brothers, Don Amos and his wife, Donna, and Jack Amos and his wife, Janena, all of New Matamoras; two sisters, Helen Amos of Spanaway, Wash., and Ruth Ann Heiney and her husband, Jack, of New Matamoras; one brother-in-law, Dan Stine and his wife, Linda, of Miamisburg; one sister-in-law. Marchacq Bucher and her husband, Don, of Miamisburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
 Services are at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home in Miamisburg with Father Bernard Bruening officiating. Burial is in Miamisburg Catholic Cemetery.
 Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Prayer services is at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
