Charles Allen (Chuck) Vanderpool age 55 of Helenwood, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at his home. Born in Auburn, Washington on May 9, 1958, he was the son of Donald Vanderpool and Loretta Williams Payne. He is preceded in death by mother of his children, Charolette Vanderpool; one brother, Donnie Vanderpool; Grandparents, Ross and Lily Vanderpool and Charlie and Juanita Williams. Charles is survived by his father, Donald Vanderpool; mother, Loretta Williams Payne; two children, Chase Vanderpool and Chad Vanderpool both of Helenwood, Tennessee; one sister, Teresa Byrd and husband Phil of Knoxville, Tennessee; special friends, Michael and Vela Davidson and Dorothy Watson and the late Richard Watson. He also leaves many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the Vanderpool family on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 from 6 until time of the funeral service at 8 p.m. in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Smithers officiating. Charles will be laid to rest at the Reed Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Charles Vanderpool Fund c/o Jones and Son Funeral Home P.O. Box 4308 Oneida, Tennessee. Jones & Son Funeral Home is serving the family of Charles Allen (Chuck) Vanderpool.
