Jackie is survived by her husband Raymond Spivey, children, Darren Spivey and Linda (Gary) Devine, grandchildren; Hayley Spivey, Tate Spivey, Clay Devine, and John Devine, three great-grandchildren; sisters Evelyn Krueger and Elizabeth Davis and caregiver Carol Cloud. Was first married to David Julian Lannum (1933-2017) and had a daughter, Linda Gale Lannum, born 12 Aug 1954, in Bell County, Texas.
