  Services for Peter Oda, 86, of 107 Gunckel avenue, will be conductedat 2:30 P.M. tomorrow at the Arcanum Evangelical United Brethrenchurch. Burial will be in Ithaca cemetery. Friends may call at theBaker funeral home, 5555 Philadelphia drive, from 6 to 8:30 P.M.today. Mr. Oda died at 6:45 P.M. Thursday at the residence after athree-week illness. He had been a farmer and thresher in the Ithacaand Verona areas before retiring. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs.B. F. Craner of Winter Garden, Fla., Mrs. Arthur Hecathorn ofBrookville, Mrs. Harley Brown of Potsdam, Mrs. Fred Miller ofLewisburg and Mrs. Merle Heck of Dayton, with whom he resided; twosons, Ira of West Milton and Elvin of Union; two sisters, Mrs. E. B.Whitney of Covington, and Mrs. Margaret Hess of West Milton; 17grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
