Note:   Illiterate carpenter and Brinksitzer in Hespe Nr 27. On 3 April 1826 he asked for and received permission from the prince to sublet 1½ Morgen of his farm of 4 Morgen in size to help pay the debt of 350 Taler remaining on his land. In 1836 he was listed as the owner of the house, and had two cows. On 31 Dec 1837 he placed his farm in receivership, which was to last 12 years. The farmland was leased to several farmers in Hespe for 38 Taler 12 Groschen. The harvest and the farm implements brought in 64 Taler and 6 Groschen. In 1841, the Hachmeister Winten estimated repair costs for the house to be 100 Taler; the repair was approved on 30 Dec 1841 and completed the next year. On 11 Jan 1853, he appeared in the district office in Stadthagen with his wife and children and agreed to pay his son 150 Taler to buy him out of his inheritance in favor of his younger sister Christine. Colon Kording of Hespe Nr. 20 wanted to buy the house for 1275 Taler in 1855, even though it was mortgaged for about 900 Taler, and had already borrowed 400 Taler from the farmer Möller in Hiddensen Nr. 1, but the sale never took place. The princely rent office leased the homestead in July 1856 anew for six years. Hans Heinrich died at one in the afternoon.
