Note:   Meta filed for divorce from her husband of almost 40 years in 1917, charging adultery. She is listed with both her son-in-law Arthur Griffin and her son Fred C. Spannuth in the 1920 census in Beaverhead County, Montana. Meta acquired a 280-acre homestead in Beaverhead County in 1922. She lived at 3814 20th Ave. SW in Seattle from at least 1923 until her death.
