Note:   Walter led the Walter Reed Company with the Standard Chautauqua System, playing the violin, saxaphone, cornet, and doing character sketches. He was head of the music department at Montezuma School, Los Gatos California 1924; director of public school music, director of the municipal band in Lyons 1933; Fall City Wash 1936. Later he became music director and guard at Washington State Reformatory, Monroe Washington in the late 1930s.
