a. Note:   Ralph F. Acker, of 117 N. Ellsworth St., Allentown, a retired baker, died Saturday in Allentown Hospital. He was 71. He was a baker 39 years, retiring at the age of 65. He was last employed by Heimbach Baking Corp., Allentown. Born in New Smithville, Lehigh County, he was a son of the late Frank and Emma (Werley) Acker. He was a member of St. Andrew United Church of Christ, Allentown. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Beulah Lenhart and Mrs. Della Engle, both of Allentown. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 Highland St., Allentown, with calling hours 7-8:30 p.m. tomorrow.
