a. Note:   Fredrick was a soldier of the revolution. He served under General George Washington, fought in the battle's of Brandywine and Gulock. He was present at the surrender of General Cornwallis. After the war he moved his family to Virginia, then to North Carolina and finally to Emerts Cove, Sevier County, TN. Here he and his wife spent the remainder of their days.
