Note: T-6 MORRIS TIBER Morris' 1905 New Jersey state census records his entry, and that of wife Jennie, as "in USA 4 years". Morris' 1910 and 1920 census entries indicate an immigration date of 1900, which works well with the birth place of their eldest child, Sadie, b. 28 July 1902 in New York. The 1900 census date was 1 June. I have not found the couple in the 1900 census, leading me to believe that they may have married in Russia and arrived in New York a bit after the 1900 census. I was unable to find any immigration or naturalization records on-line. They are enumerated in the 1905 New Jersey state census, living in a building with four other families. The birth places of the children infer that the couple settled first in New York and removed to New Jersey between August 1902 and August 1904.
