Birth record of Sarah Tiber from New York City Births:
 https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2WWB-BPL
Name: Sarah Tiber Event Type: Birth Event Date: 28 Jul 1902 Event Place: Manhattan, New York, New York Gender: Female Race: White Father's Name: Morris Tiber Father's Birthplace: Russia Father's Age: 25 Mother's Name: Jennie Manchik Mother's Birthplace: Russia Mother's Age: 21 I have not been able to trace Jennie before 1902. She was born about 1879-1880, in Russia. Census records give a 1900-1901 immigration date and imply a 1900 marriage date, but I was unable to find any immigration or naturalization records on-line. I did not find her, single or married, in the 1900 census, which was conducted 1 June 1900. It is possible that Jennie and Morris married in the old country, and arrived in New York a little after the 1900 census.
Jennie and growing family are enumerated in the 1905 New Jersey state census. They lived in a building with four other families. The birth places of the children infer that the couple settled first in New York and removed to New Jersey between August 1902 and August 1904.
