  Katarzyna Wierzba is my maternal third great aunt, which is via common ancestry with Jan Wierzba and Krystyna Bembenek. Katarzyna was initially identified by the research of Daniel James.
  The spelling of forenames and surnames can be dependent on what language is used to record each respective record. Katarzyna is a Polish name, Katherine is a German variation, and Katherine and Katie are English variations. Tomaz is a Polish name, and Thomas is both a German and English variation.
