  James Henry Wright is my paternal third great uncle, which is via common ancestry with Joseph H. Wright and Jenneffer Downs Bennett. James was initially identified in the census living with his parents.
  Based on the application of recognized genealogical standards of proof, the descent of James Henry Wright is sufficiently established beyond any reasonable doubt. The basis begins with his death record, which lists the full names of both parents. This is followed by the census records, which show him living with his parents.
