  George Clay Hollon is my maternal great uncle, which is via common ancestry with Green Clay Hollon and Margaret Agnes Butterfield. George was initially identified in the book "Genealogy of Hollon and Related Families: Early Settlers of Eastern Kentucky and their Descendants,” which was written by Clay Hollon, and was published in 1958. George is listed as a son of Clay and Margaret on page 31.
  Based on the application of recognized genealogical standards of proof, the descent and family structure of George Clay Hollon have been sufficiently established beyond any reasonable doubt. The basis for the descent of George begins with his birth record and social security record, which list the names of both parents. This has been subsequently supported with the additional interlocking records and documentation listed further below.
